Community Home Trust

To qualify for homeownership through Community Home Trust, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Must be a first time homebuyer or not have owned a home within the last three years. There are special exceptions for displaced homemakers.
• Must earn 80% or below the area median income. Applicants earning between 80% and 115% of the area median income are limited to buying unsubsidized property in our inventory.
• Must live or work in Orange County. Some properties require a minimum of one year prior to closing.
• The Home Trust home must be your primary residence. No investors.
